Edwin Sicat: Musical director, keyboards, guitar, trumpet, trombone, flute
and vocals.  One of the original members of Rising Star, Edwin is the musician
“extraordinaire” playing every musical instrument from Keyboards
to flute with musical mastery. Edwin studied music theory at San Diego State
University and played trombone for SDSU award winning Jazz ensemble Edwin also
attended Southwestern Junior college music program where he excelled at music
theory, performance and teaching, with Rising Star high energy
choreography dance & show Edwin typically gets unnoticed, except for the
band members of Rising Star, we all regard Edwin as the true “Star” of the
band and is the foundation of this group. Best times, trips to Japan,
Portland OR, Las Vegas, New Mexico, Arizona, Anthony Harborside, New
